Having water delivered in bottles by large delivery trucks is wasteful, unnecessary and harmful to our environment. It is also very costly.

Ask your bottled water company where the water comes from and they will probably proudly tell you from a spring source hundreds of kilometres away! In Melbourne that probably means it is being transported from the Grampians or the Ballarat area.

The claims of water being 'better', 'safer' and 'purer' are unproven, sometimes misleading and at best good marketing. Melbourne is well known for it's safe drinking water supply, so why not take advantage of it!
